Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Veristyle’s website and software. If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Veristyle, such as an order form, master services agreement, or enterprise contract, that agreement may include additional or more specific terms, and those terms control to the extent they conflict with these.
1. Use of the service
Veristyle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with your order and these terms.
2. Customer data
You retain ownership of catalog and customer data you connect. You grant Veristyle the rights needed to process it to provide the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Fees
Fees are set out in your order or the applicable app-store listing.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veristyle’s liability is limited as described in your agreement.
